You're right, we're Korean-American Fried Chicken! We are Korean-Americans ourselves and this concept was birthed out of celebrating that. So you'll see a blend of both Korean and American flavors and techniques we used in almost every aspect of the menu.

Chicken doneness, contrary to popular belief, is actually checked by internal temperature, not my color! So we can confidently assure you that we temp every batch that comes up and have proof to back it!
